ALBION – Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles has officially announced that Thursday, October 26th is the last day to visit the Albion Bureau of Motor Vehicles (BMV) branch. This means that the only Noble County BMV location will be in Kendallville.
The reason for the closing is because of the convenience for customers to use the BMV’s online services 24/7. The website, www.in.gov/bmv, allows you to view your vehicle titles, driving record, renew or request a replacement driver’s license, renew your registration, and much more. Other factors involved in the closing are said to be budget and lack of traffic to the business.
After October 26th, if you need to visit the BMV in person, you can visit Kendallville’s office at 856 North Lima Road, which is currently open on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Their telephone number is 888-692-6841.
