Notice is hereby given the Albion Plan Commission will hold a public hearing on the following petitions:

Said public hearings will be held at the Albion Municipal Building, 211 E. Park Dr.  Albion, IN beginning at 6:00 p.m. on: Wednesday June 5, 2019.

Public Hearing and Consideration of the Comprehensive Plan: Albion Tomorrow—In accordance with Indiana Code 36-7-4-507 and 508, the Plan Commission will consider the new comprehensive plan: Albion Tomorrow. Copies of Albion Tomorrow are available for examination at the Albion Municipal Building.

Public Hearing and Consideration of Preliminary Approval of Major Subdivision Plat Addition at the Village of White Oaks – Said subdivision involves the following described real estate in Albion Township, 14.42 +/- acres into single family residential lots with a dedicated wetlands/pond; located at 802 – 900 Scott Street; and 300 – 803 Renee Avenue. Addition to include 21 home lots and two water detention basin lots. Copies of the subdivision plat are available for examination at the Albion Municipal Building.

Public Hearing and Consideration of Primary Approval of a Major Subdivision Sketch Plan Review for the Village of White Oaks – Said Sketch Plan involves the following described real estate in Albion Township, located at 802 – 900 Scott Street; and 300 – 803 Renee Avenue. Sketch includes 21 home lots, two water detention basin lots, streets, storm water sewer, water and sanitary sewer, and other utility locations. Copies of the Major Subdivision Sketch are available for examination at the Albion Municipal Building.

Public Hearing and Consideration of Preliminary Approval of Minor Subdivision Plat for Ober Noble Farms, LLC – Said subdivision involves 22.26 +/- acres currently owned by Harold and Roberta Ober into two lots with one containing 4.73 +/- acres and the remainder containing 17.53 +/- acres. The following described Real Estate in Jefferson Township, Located at 1747 East 450 North Albion, IN. 46701, part of the SE quarter of Section 08 – Township 3404 R 10 E, Jefferson Civil Township, Noble County, Indiana. Copies of the Minor Subdivision Plat are available for examination at the Albion Municipal Building.

Public Hearing and Consideration of Preliminary Approval of Minor Subdivision Plat for Cody Dunn – Said subdivision involves four lots on 0.65 +/- acres into two lots currently owned by Cody Dunn. The following described real estate in Albion Township, commonly located at 610 West Hazel Street; Albion, Indiana 46701. In the Hoboken Addition, Albion Civil Township, Noble County, Indiana Lots 9, 10, 11, 21, and 22. Copies of the Minor Subdivision Plat are available for examination at the Albion Municipal Building.

Objections and Comments: Written objections or comments may be filed with the Plan Commission and will be considered at any hearing. Oral comments will be heard at any scheduled hearing in accordance with the hearing rules of the Plan Commission.

Continuance of Public Hearing: At the Plan Commission’s discretion, the public hearing may be continued to other dates.
