FORT WAYNE – On July 2018, the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force began their investigation for child exploitation when a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) was received by the ICAC Task Force.
As a result of the investigation, 22 year old Brandon Case of Fort Wayne, was interviewed and later charged on the following counts:
Count 1: Child Solicitation, Level 5 Felony
Count 2: Dissemination of Matter Harmful to Minors, Level 6 Felony
On May 21, 2019 an arrest warrant was issued for Brandon Case. On May 30, 2019, Case was arrested by police and booked into the Allen County Jail on his charges.
The ICAC Task Force was assisted by the Decatur Police Department, Bremen Police Department, Fort Wayne Police Department and the Allen County Prosecutor’s Office.
