Notice is hereby given that the Albion Advisory Plan Commission will hold a public hearing on August 20th, 2019 at 5 PM in the Albion Municipal Building located at 211 E. Park Dr. Albion, IN. 46701.
The following petition will be considered:
Secondary (Final) Approval of Major Subdivision 2019-02 Schott Family Acres Subdivision, Dylan Schott, applicant. Said subdivision involves the following described real estate commonly located at 2392 N 150 E, to wit: Jefferson Civil Township, Section 20, SE & NE Quarter, Township 34, Range 10; 73.58+/- acres; into (4) lots.
Written suggestions or objections to the provision of said request may be filed with the Albion Town Manager at, or before such meeting, and will be heard by the Albion Advisory Plan Commission at the time, and place specified. Said hearing may be continued from time to time as may be necessary.
Interested persons desiring to present their views on the said request, either in writing or verbally, will be given the opportunity to be heard at the above-mentioned time, and place.
